Non-Enclosure Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)

Best option for All-In-One control cabinet
VFD Capacity: 1HP (0.75kW)Non-Enclosure VFD
Input: 200V - 240V single phase, 50Hz/60Hz
Output: three phase, 0 - 400Hz
Rated current: 4.7amps

Key features:
No enclosure (cover), reducing installation space and cost effective. Widely used in All-In-One control cabinet.
Keep the same functions as other universal single phase to three phase VFDs.

Note: this non-enclosure VFD is 1 phase input, but the output is 3 phase, so it only suitable for 3 phase induction motors.

Tips: VFD driven variable speed pump, how it reduce cost?

If you are working with a single pipeline with a high static head or a piping network with a minimum set point pressure then it's quite possible that a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) could increase your power costs.

However, if you're working with very low static head or minimal system pressure, then it's likely that the VFD will reduce power costs.

The reason for the above difference is that in the former case the pump hydraulic end moves away from a high efficiency duty point (i.e. flow and pressure) to a low efficiency duty point whilst in the latter case the pump hydraulic end experience high efficiency duty points even at reduced speed.

Have the pump suppliers provide the specific energy (kWhr/kL) for both full speed and reduced speed duty points. The lower the value, the less power that will be consumed for a given volume of water transfer. Some suppliers may also be able to provide a kWhr/kL versus flow curve which can help identify a minimum speed that results in least power usage.

Greetings!

Do you have a single phase input and single phase output VFD for a 1 HP airconditioner compressor? Usually, they go by 220 volts and 4.7 Amps too.

Thank you.
